# 围炉煮茶

このように、ネット上で大きな話題となっている「七輪を囲んでお茶」だが、実際には今に始まったことではない。「お茶を煮出す」のは、中国の伝統的な茶文化で、唐・宋の時代に始まり、当時の人々は煮出したお茶を飲んでいた。茶葉は砕いて、小さな団子状にして乾燥させておき、煮出す際に削り取って、ショウガやミカンの皮、ハッカなどと一緒に煮出す。今年の夏に大ヒットしたドラマ「夢華録(A Dream of Splendor）」では、ヒロインの趙盼児が優雅な動作で茶を入れ、視聴者を魅了した。またそれがきっかけで、宋の時代の茶道美学がブームとなり、「夢華録」と同じタイプの「七輪を囲んでお茶」を売り文句にした商品もたくさん販売されている。
